My wife and I bought a '26 F150 from Eric Oetjen at Pundman Ford in St. Charles. It was a great experience all around. After spending most of the day at another dealership,(not a good experience), we called Pundman to ask about a similar truck they had in stock. Eric was great on the phone, and we were verystressed at this point. He went out of his way to find out everything we needed to know. We left the other dealership in the middle of negotiations. Within a little over 3 hours Eric had us in a new truck! The dealership was laid back, no pressure, clean and the staff were kind. The finance Manager Michael Pundman was awesome. Explained everything thoroughly, no pressure, and got us a good rate. I do not like car shopping and was stressed out, Eric and Michael made the transaction fairly painless. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and this is a dealership I can definitely recommend!

Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Eric and Michael, the outstanding finance manager, made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They were relaxed, professional, and never pressured us or tried to gimmick upsell. The only disappointment was the online pricing. The final price of the truck was $1,500 higher than the advertised online price because of pre-installed accessories that we didn't necessarily need. Those additional costs were not clearly disclosed in the online listing, and we didn't encounter this issue at any of the other dealerships we visited. While this didn't prevent us from purchasing the truck, we believe pricing should be more transparent so customers know exactly what to expect before making the trip. One of the biggest bonuses was the real lifetime powertrain warranty that came with our 2026 Ford F-150. Many dealerships advertise lifetime warranties that come with extensive limitations and fine print, but that wasn't the case at Pundmann Ford. It was refreshing to receive a warranty that truly provides long-term value and peace of mind. Thank you, Eric and Michael, for providing such a positive and stress-free vehicle-buying experience.
