Can’t say enough about my experience with Sale rep Kareem (Tex) Randle. I’ll send anyone I know that’s looking for a Ford product to him. This is the 12th Ford my family has bought from Pundmann Ford since 1985!! Might be my last one since I’m 75 years old 😃😃 The Service Department does all my maintenance also. Great group of people are all part of the Pundmann family. Can’t imagine dealing with anyone else

I was Disappointed with my purchase. I would have thought the vehicle would have been checked more thoroughly before being put for sale. I took the vehicle in for a "trip Check" 3 weeks after purchase. Gaskets are leaking (rear). I now have to pay $1700 for repairs. My experience was good with the people. However, since I bought "as is" feeling good about purchasing from a dealership. I would be remiss if I didn't express my disappointment.. If you are buying as is, don't be overly confident because it is from a dealership.

As a first-time car buyer, my son received excellent service from Mr. Wilbur Mozee. Mr. Mozee took almost his entire day listening to our somewhat limited parameters, then realistically providing vehicle options that fit these paramaters. Because of Mr. Mozee's knowledge, honesty, & diligence, my son was able to drive a car off the lot knowing that he had comfortable payments, and a great, reliable new ride. They did a great job getting my car in and out the only thing I can say to take a while for me to get a call back because I guess they were so busy but other than that, I was happy with the service I was provided

While Pundmann unfortunately didn't have my exact Maverick configuration in stock at the time I needed to purchase, I would have loved to purchase from Eric Oetjen had the timing aligned. He readily and thoroughly answered all my Maverick and Maverick-accessory related questions, was enormously helpful on my test drive, and searched tooth-and-nail to find my exact configuration. If you're shopping for a new Maverick or Ford in general in St. Charles or St. Louis County, I can't recommend working with him enough.

Not all hero’s wear capes, but Jason at Pundmann definitely should. My fiance and I were in a rough position with our Pathfinder, a position that was so horrible I thought for sure it was a lost cause. Just when all hope seemed to be lost Jason went the extra mile to make sure we got into something me and my very picky fiance could be happy with. We knew financing may be a challenge but Pundmann ford took the extra time and made it happen. I couldn’t be happier and will be sending all my family, friends and colleagues looking for some new wheels, Jason’s way. Thank you Jason and thank you Pundmann Ford!
