It took a while to figure out what to do about the problem but it’s all good now. Very happy with the vehicle and the service provided to correct the issue.

Pundmann Ford is a great place to buy your vehicle. Kevin, salesman went above and beyond for me. He made sure I knew all of the gadgets and how they worked. I never felt pressured or rushed. They are honest friendly and accommodating. I won't buy another car anywhere but there.

I just bought a 2025 Mustang from Pundmann Ford. All of the processes went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and informative. The warranty package is great too. I'm really happy with the car and the service.

Don Tunze helped me out when I had a sticky situation. He went out of his way to find a car(2022 ford escape) that was a great fit for me, all while staying within my budget and helping guide me with my situation. My fiancé also bought his car here (2016 honda civic) over 2 years ago and has a fantastic experience with them as well. I definitely recommend this place to get a car. They have a pretty good selection and a wide variety.

Excellent experience throughout the purchase process. Easy, fair, transparent, and fast buying experience - very happy with the purchase price (great promotions) and trade-in value I received. They were very accommodating to my requests, providing solutions and/or explanations along the way. Ethan did a great job of birddogging my questions and handling the logistics around the delivery. Loren (Financing / Closure) was awesome. He took the time to explain what I was signing and answered all of my questions. I had a few follow-up items after the purchase, and he took the time to send me brochures and discuss details on the phone - definitely above and beyond compared to other car purchase experiences I have had. Finally, the F150 is amazing. Love the quality and technology that Ford delivers. The only critique I have (for Ford) is while the Blue Cruise technology is very nice, it is pricy. I hope that they drop the price or offer promotions on that service in the future so it can fit into my budget.

As a long-time industry insider, I'm extremely critical of dealer sales and service departments. After some initially slow communication, Pundmann Ford answered the call by negotiating fairly, quickly addressing any concerns with the vehicle, and making the financing and delivery process as seamless as possible. We especially appreciated the no-pressure approach to educating us on the different warranty options and ultimately purchased our first extended warranty in 20 years. The truck was nicely prepped and ready for delivery upon arrival, and at no point were we left sitting for hours in the showroom as is so common at other dealers. Nice work, Pundmann team!

Kevin in sales was very friendly and honest. Made my wife and I feel understood and heard. Jake in finance was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable, he was thorough in explaining all the paperwork to us. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I have never owned a Ford vehicle before. We honestly had no intention of buying a Ford when we went in because we already had a different car in mind. But after working with Mike Hagenhoff, we ended up Ford people. We talked with him about our needs and wants and he got us into the perfect vehicle for us. He didn’t try to over sell us like so many other places. He really listened to what we were looking for and went with it. He was so knowledgeable and the perfect amount of salesman without being annoying. He was always there to answer any questions we had but he also gave my husband and I space to talk. When it came to all the paperwork and things, he was very straight forward and explained things really well. Not one other salesman we dealt with at other dealerships were nearly as helpful as Mike. So glad we talked with him because we are now obsessed with our new Ford.

Chance was our salesperson and he treated us with a no pressure mentality and provide us with great customer service. The car we wanted was at a different dealership but because of their high pressure sales tactics we did not want to purchase from the dealership. Chance was able to find us that car we wanted and get it transferred to their dealership.

Ethan was a great low-key sales person, showing us all the great features of the Bronco Sport. Mike helped with financing and questions on property taxes. They both made sure all our questions were answered and were pros. We felt like we got a fair deal and drove our new car to Asheville to visit the kids for Christmas. It drove like a dream. We are well pleased with Pundmann Ford.
