O stars if I could, this place after many attempts cannot get my name, the make, model, years, trim, colors, zip code to register vehicle correct. They cannot read I guess, numerous emails, information given, clueless. I wanted to work with the salesman, but him and whomever was helping him couldn't answer my inquiries about vehicle. Then, they want to insult me again, after I corrected them my name wasn't Carley, but Carla. I TOLD THEM I WAS DONE!!! Tim Pundmann, First off my name is CARLA not Carley, so don't insult me. I gave what I wanted in the years, make, model, color, zip code truck to be registered and you people failed miserably. Can any of your people read the emails?? Also, what part of contact preference did your people not understand? I stated email was preferred, yet they tried calling me more than a few times.

Pundmann has been our go to place for purchasing vehicles. We have now purchased 4 from them over the years and each trip we felt like part of the family. They're open and honest about cost up front and they have found us the best deals for our family needs and had vehicles ready to test drive upon arrival to the lot making the entire process seamless.

I always by needed parts for my Ford trucks I drive here. I do not trust a lot of the aftermarket parts, and most of them are made in China now. Making those parts inferior.

I had an outstanding experience at Pundmann Ford last night while purchasing my new vehicle. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. Eric, my salesman, was fantastic—professional, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. I almost always end up with a salesperson who doesn’t know much about the vehicle, but Eric was a refreshing change. He knew the ins and outs of the model I was buying, down to the accessories, and he even paid close attention to the detailing of the vehicle. It was clear he truly cared about getting everything just right. Loren, the finance manager, was also great—friendly, transparent, and efficient, making the final steps of the purchase quick and painless. Got my 2018 Ecosport Ford oil changed, new lug nuts and inspection done at Quick Lane. Best service I ever had with Nancy Harrington service advisor. I stayed there while they did the work and overheard Nancy communicating with customers for about hour and a half. Wonderfull personality, very helpful with every single customer. I was amazed at her positive spirit throughout the time I waited.. She had no idea I was listening to her. Ford Quick Lane has a winner. I thought people should know
