If you are looking for the best service staff, Pundmann is it! I have used them for all my service needs since moving out to Saint Peters. Everything between an oil change with Mobile Service to big repairs in shop has been perfect. As a former service advisor I am picky about my car service, but I trust them with my Explorer that my 16 year old son drives!

Came in on a road trip with a broken brake line. I’m from Denver, Colorado and was halfway to my destination. They got me in fast, and efficiently and handled the surprise service stop incredibly well! On a second note, I came in rough like a hot poker due to stress and my young son was with me. Based on a colleague's recommendation, I decided to try Pundmann for my truck's warranty service, departing from my usual dealership. The experience exceeded my expectations — the staff was attentive and professional, and the service was handled with care. I will certainly return for future service needs.
I was contacted by Pudman Ford. They said that nothing is wrong with my backup camera. Since I was still very unhappy they will give me one hour of service time free to track the problem. My camera does not work after driving it for awhile and putting it in reverse from drive. Works fine going from park to reverse. Hopefully they will be able to pinpoint the problem. Accurate, helpful check in, nice when I thought I had an extended service but I discovered I did not, they were right. Done quickly. Be nice if folks had name tags, but I guess the service sheet indicates who checked me in and did a good job.

Quite possibly the best car buying experience I've had. The Salesman was straight forward, and didn't play the typical car salesman games. The finance person gave me a better interest rate than I expected without me having to haggle with him about it. 10 out of 10 experience, 100% will buy another vehicle there if possible.

I arrived on time and Pundmann Ford was completed with the "Works" in about one hour. They let me know the 2012 Escape I had just purchased was in very good condition, except for the tires. We suspected the tires were dry rotted before bringing the car into Pundmann. No worries service writer let me the Ford tire sale was ending, and I was able to purchase a set for an excellent price.

The works is a good value for me to include the tire rotation and all fluids checked. The Service writer reviewed my outstanding recall and service bulletins and discussed how one was not necessary on my truck and one is awaiting parts. Very good communications and a polite efficient staff.
