I needed to replace the engine on my 2018 Ford escape with only 75,000 miles on it. This was due to a known defect with this particular Engine and Ford refused to cover the cost of it

Kevin was amazing! I buy multiple cars per year. Wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t push any vehicles on me. The truckload I test drove unfortunately had problems which sucks, but Kevin was understanding we couldn’t come to a deal but he was helpful the whole time. I’ve bought two cars here, and I’ll have a hard time going anywhere else in the future. When I walked into the showroom every single employee I encountered gave me a genuine smile and said hello. My sales person, Kareem, was full of positive energy and made me feel comfortable. Finance has always been a miserable experience in the past at other places. Not this time. The young man I worked with, Jake, was patient, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I could tell both of these guys and the other staff I encountered truly love what they do.

In town from Michigan, and my truck wouldn't start due to a fuel problem. Had it towed to Pundmann service dept, and made contact with Rich in service. He listened to my story, where I told him I was 7 hours from home without a running vehicle, and needed to leave the next day. Without hesitation, he got me in line to have my truck diagnosed. I had my truck back about 4 hours after dropping it off. He mentioned he always try to take care of people traveling when they have vehicle issues. What great customer service.

As a long-time industry insider, I'm extremely critical of dealer sales and service departments. After some initially slow communication, Pundmann Ford answered the call by negotiating fairly, quickly addressing any concerns with the vehicle, and making the financing and delivery process as seamless as possible. We especially appreciated the no-pressure approach to educating us on the different warranty options and ultimately purchased our first extended warranty in 20 years. The car we wanted was at a different dealership but because of their high pressure sales tactics we did not want to purchase from the dealership. Chance was able to find us that car we wanted and get it transferred to their dealership.
