Being a previous F-150 owner who strayed away to buy the new 2024 Lexus GX550 and realizing how disappointed I was, I went looking for a Ford dealer to work a trade and found Pundmann Ford. After placing a call to check on the availability of a 2024 Platinum I connected with salesman Eric Oetjen who schedule an appointment the next morning. We met, I test drove the new Platinum, Eric and his people worked a super deal for me and I left happy to be back in a new F-150. Pundmann Ford and Eric Oetjen were great to work with!

I was Disappointed with my purchase. I would have thought the vehicle would have been checked more thoroughly before being put for sale. I took the vehicle in for a "trip Check" 3 weeks after purchase. Gaskets are leaking (rear). I now have to pay $1700 for repairs. My experience was good with the people. However, since I bought "as is" feeling good about purchasing from a dealership. I would be remiss if I didn't express my disappointment.. If you are buying as is, don't be overly confident because it is from a dealership.
As a first-time car buyer, my son received excellent service from Mr. Wilbur Mozee. Mr. Mozee took almost his entire day listening to our somewhat limited parameters, then realistically providing vehicle options that fit these paramaters. Because of Mr. Mozee's knowledge, honesty, & diligence, my son was able to drive a car off the lot knowing that he had comfortable payments, and a great, reliable new ride. He readily and thoroughly answered all my Maverick and Maverick-accessory related questions, was enormously helpful on my test drive, and searched tooth-and-nail to find my exact configuration. If you're shopping for a new Maverick or Ford in general in St. Charles or St. Louis County, I can't recommend working with him enough.

Not all hero’s wear capes, but Jason at Pundmann definitely should. My fiance and I were in a rough position with our Pathfinder, a position that was so horrible I thought for sure it was a lost cause. If you are looking for the best service staff, Pundmann is it! I have used them for all my service needs since moving out to Saint Peters. Everything between an oil change with Mobile Service to big repairs in shop has been perfect. As a former service advisor I am picky about my car service, but I trust them with my Explorer that my 16 year old son drives!

They got me in fast, and efficiently and handled the surprise service stop incredibly well! On a second note, I came in rough like a hot poker due to stress and my young son was with me. The experience exceeded my expectations — the staff was attentive and professional, and the service was handled with care. I will certainly return for future service needs.
I was contacted by Pudman Ford. They said that nothing is wrong with my backup camera. Since I was still very unhappy they will give me one hour of service time free to track the problem. My camera does not work after driving it for awhile and putting it in reverse from drive. Works fine going from park to reverse. Hopefully they will be able to pinpoint the problem. Accurate, helpful check in, nice when I thought I had an extended service but I discovered I did not, they were right. Done quickly. Be nice if folks had name tags, but I guess the service sheet indicates who checked me in and did a good job.
