Kareem greeted us right at the door with a handshake and a smile. He showed us to the Ford Edge lot. Talked about the different trim packages, asked our wants and needs. I fell in love with the red St line Edge. We went home to discuss it and figure out our budget. Kareem texted with updates on new month deals. After much deliberation we got the car! Kareem was wonderful he literally ran around the lot and negotiated the price we wanted. We'd definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Recently bought a 2024 Edge from Pundmann. I really like the car with all it's great features and it has lots of room for passengers and limited cargo storage. I would have given Pundmann a 5 star rating except there were two Edges I was interested in and when they brought them out they both had some hail damage. Granted, the hail damage didn't stop me from purchasing one, but it would have been nice to be told up front or even tagging the cars on their website as hail damaged. Coming from out of state, they were incredibly helpful answering our questions, providing a custom video preview of the car, making sure we had what we needed before we took the nearly 3 hour drive to finalize the purchase. Had a dead battery which was still under warranty. Battery would not charge even after putting it on trickle charger. Took battery out and took it to Clement Ford where the car was purchased to get a replacement. The service manager said I would have to put the battery back in the car and bring the car in to their service department so they could check the electrical system, etc. and if it wouldn't start, I would have to have it towed there.
